About the Course:
This course is based on two studies that analyzed violence against women. The studies utilized interview data gathered from victims and perpetrators, as well as comparison data from women with and without histories of childhood sexual abuse. Risk factors were identified based on the findings of the two studies reviewed.
This course is recommended for health care professionals, especially addiction counselors, psychologists, mental health counselors, social workers, and nurses who seek knowledge about aspects of violence against women. It is appropriate for all levels of participants’ knowledge.
