About the Course:
Anxiety is an often misunderstood disorder that plagues thousands of people, including teenagers. The prevalence of anxiety disorders has spurred the search for both pharmacological and behavioral ways of treatment. Phobias and panic and anxiety disorders involve a malfunction in body systems that control fear. In many cases, these imbalances can be treated with drugs that appear to target fear systems. This book explores the various anxiety drugs available on the market and how they help treat this common disorder.
