About the Course:

Course Objectives:

  1. Explain the concept of fear networks and their relationship to post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

  2. Describe the assessment and treatment of individuals suffering from PTSD.

  3. Discuss the implications of and treatment for concurrent diagnoses.

  4. Identify factors related to complications, managed care, and recidivism.
