This publication was developed through the support of the National GAINS Center of Co-Occurring Disorders in the Justice System, a collaborative federal initiative involving the Center for Substance Abuse Treatment, the Center for Mental Health Services, and the National Institute of Corrections. The Center is a national locus for the collection and dissemination of information about effective mental health and substance abuse services for people with co-occurring disorders who come in contact with the justice system.
